Can I have someone else pick up the artwork in the studio when I purchase a piece?

Yes, you can nominate someone to pick up your artwork on your behalf. However, for privacy and security reasons, we have specific requirements in place. The designated person must bring two forms of identification and be noted in advance. We prioritize the security and privacy of our studio, artwork, and private collectors. Do you offer international shipping?

Do you offer custom artwork commissions?

Francesca-Grace does offer custom artworks and commissions during certain periods. However, availability may vary depending on the artist's current workload and creative focus. Currently, there is a waiting list for commissions. To secure your place on the waiting list, please contact our team and submit a deposit. How do you split payments between multiple people or groups and do you allow this?

We understand that sometimes a group may want to purchase an artwork together. In these cases, we can accommodate splitting the payment between multiple buyers in the following ways:

​

• One person can make the full payment upfront, and the group handles splitting the costs privately afterward. We issue the invoice and receipt to the single purchaser.

• We can create separate invoices for each buyer for their portion of the total cost. Each buyer would then pay their invoice directly to us.

• Payments can be sent separately by each group member, but one person should be designated to coordinate and ensure the full amount is received.

We allow payments to be split between multiple buyers, but a single point of contact should be designated for us to coordinate with. The full payment must be completed for the artwork to be released. Please contact us to discuss proposed arrangements for group purchases so we can determine the best approach.

Can the artist mentor me?

​

At this time, mentoring opportunities directly with artist Francesca Grace are extremely limited and exclusive. Francesca hand-selects only a small number of apprentices based on a rigorous application and interview process.

While we hope to make mentoring more widely available in the future as Francesca's career allows, currently there are no open mentoring positions, and we are not accepting applications.

If you are genuinely interested in being considered for a potential mentoring position with Francesca Grace if one opens up in the future, you can reach out to discuss the possibility. However, there are no guarantees or promises of acceptance.

Please understand that due to high demand and Francesca's busy schedule, direct mentoring is very restricted. We appreciate your interest, but currently cannot accommodate mentorship requests unless you have been explicitly accepted into the selective program through Francesca's formal application process.
